are wa state parks free for medical coupon recipients?

I was told that state medical/medicaid recipients can enter state parks without a fee if they show thier medical card...is this true??

I can see where the Washington State Parks Fees are waived for Disabled Vetrans, but I don't see anything specifically for medical coupon recipients.
