The term unblazed trail comes from a 1923 movie of the same name.  It could also have referred to The Road Less Traveled.  In either case, the term refers to cutting one's own path.  To making your way (weather metaphorically, or physically) down your own path.

I have learned many itrpomant things through your post. I'd also like to express that there may be situation where you will obtain a loan and never need a co-signer such as a Federal Student Aid Loan. However, if you are getting credit through a common banker then you need to be ready to have a co-signer ready to help you. The lenders may base their own decision on a few issues but the most itrpomant will be your credit worthiness. There are some financial institutions that will furthermore look at your job history and choose based on this but in most cases it will be based on on your credit score.
